When you use our Nagrik Seva Kendra (NSK AEPS), we periodically collect and store your personal information provided by you as required.
We do this process to ensure that you are provided with a safe, efficient, comfortable and seamless experience through your service.
Please note that it is mandatory to register yourself to use the application. And once you share your personal information with us,
you are not oblivious to us. We can automatically track certain information about you based on your behavior on your app, to what extent we fit you.
If you choose to transact on the app, we collect information about your transaction behavior. We also collect some additional information,
such as a billing Account details & details of the recipient or payer of the transaction, location, etc., which can be used to provide you
with a better experience when using the app. We maintain this information as necessary to resolve disputes in the context of transactions and otherwise,
where necessary, provide customer support and troubleshoot issues permitted by law. We collect personally identifiable information (name, phone number,
Aadhaar number, Pan Number etc.) from you. When you register with us to create your unique identity with reference to the virtual payment address and /
or any other unique registration identity. App will also access your device functionality or storage like- camera etc. which will also be accessed by
this app to complete the user Kyc process. Our mobile application uses biometrics devices that communicate via Bluetooth or by connecting to the wire.
